Net Impact Resources
Net Impact offers a variety of services to its members. The list below is meant to make it easy for you to take advantage of what Net Impact has to offer.
EVENTS:
The best way to find out what’s happening in the Bay Area is to check-out the Bay Area Green Business Calendar. You should also sign up for our newsletter. List the San Francisco Professional chapter as your primary chapter affiliation. (NOTE: You can sign up for the newsletter for FREE, without being a paying member of Net Impact. Some services and events are members only.) Net Impact also has a central event calendar that is not specific to the Bay Area.
CONNECTIONS:
The national Net Impact community exists on both Facebook and LinkedIn. If you want to connect regionally, the San Francisco professional chapter also has groups on both Facebook & LinkedIn.
Also, the membership directory (MEMBERS ONLY) allows you to see all of the members in your chapter (filter by chapter affiliation), their job titles, and their interests. Use the drop down menu on the right to search by company, job title, or interest.
If you’re working on green initiatives within your company and want to connect with others in the same boat all over the country, join the Impact at Work initiative (MEMBERS ONLY). They host monthly calls for “intrapreneurs” like you to brainstorm, ask questions, and share best practices.
CAREERS:
Net Impact maintains a job board (MEMBERS ONLY) to help you find MBA level full-time jobs, part-time jobs, and internships all over the world.
KNOWLEDGE:
Join thought leaders from all different disciplines on personal conference calls through the Issues In Depth series. Also, check out the archive of past calls. (MEMBERS ONLY)
LEADERSHIP OPPORTUNITIES:
Join the SF Professional leadership team and help organize events about topics you are passionate about, lead a team of pro-bono consultants and meet like-minded people.
